Restoration of Historic Parks and Gardens
Created in 1920 by the architect Henri Prost, Ermitage Park, originally called "Horticultural Park" was an extraordinary archipelago of greenery for Casablanca residents.
To the joy and pleasure of the Casablanca urban public, Ermitage Park was rescued from advanced degradation. A major social issue is to educate citizens, especially youth about this heritage. Accordingly, its gardens include a major educational and public awareness program on the love of nature and the importance of water.
