This program is a global area network of teachers and children of the secondary, which inquire, under the framing of their professors, on a set of themes related to their close environment. (Waste, water, energy, biodiversity, Transport, Air… etc).

As for the second workshop, it will relate to 17 schools represented by the direction, teaching staff and some pupils.

Practical workshops are programmed to make it possible to the schools to present their work and to propose some initiatives in term of eco gesture and awareness-raisnig at the safeguarding of the environment.

It falls to recall that the international programme of education to the environment Eco- Schools, is a label decreed at the elementary schools and the schools of the secondary which are mobilized for the environment. In the establishments which go voluntary, the children, the teachers, the direction and the personnel work successively on five priority topics: food, biodiversity, waste, water and energy. Within the framework of the lesson and in partnership with the local elected representatives, local associations and the parents of children in particular, carry out a diagnosis which leads to concrete achievements of improvement of environmental management within their school.

The various “eco-schools” of the Kingdom which take part in the project, within the framework of the strategic partnership between the Mohammed VI Foundation for Environmental Protection and the Minister of National Education, also constitute a network of experience sharing and good practices which make it to benefit from the initiatives carried out by the others.
