The Exhibition “Earth from Above” To Mr Yann Arthus Bertrand On April 17, 2010 To Nouzhat Ibn Sina in Rabat.


As part of activities in awareness and in sustainable development led by Mohammed VI Foundation for Protection of Environment, chaired by Her Royal Highness the Princess Lalla Hasnaa, and outside the celebration of the 40th birthday of the day of the earth by Rabat City declared Green, Mohammed VI Foundation for Protection of Environment organizes "Earth From Above" exhibition, from April 17th 2010 in Nouzhat Ibn Sina (Hilton Forest).

Her Royal Highness the Princess Lalla Hasnaa, through this exhibit, has wished to raise the Moroccan public’s awareness about the impacts generated by the current modes of consumption, production, natural resources exploitation and the actions relating to the sustainable development.


A great way to discover and rediscover through these portraits, the beauty of the earth and to emerge among young feelings of respect and responsibility towards our planet, our common heritage.


With the support of the Mohammed VI Foundation for the Protection of Environment and Yann Arthus-Bertrand invite you to a journey, a fruit of a patient inquiry work, started in 1990, representing 4000 hours of helicopter flight and about a hundred of countries visited. These aerial photographs reflect not only the variety of natural environments and life expressions, but also man’s impact as well as his influence on environment.
