The Foundation holds awareness-raising and training workshops as part of its two programs: Eco-schools and Young Reporters for the Environment for the academic year 2023-2024

May 08, 2014 : 314 written reports and 1042 photographs for the 12th Young Reporters for Environment Edition
This year, the contest presented three age categories: 11-14 years, 15- 18 years, and 19-21 years. This new arrangement allowed opening the contest to middle schools, previously reserved to high schools only.
Young Reporters for the Environnement, before being a contest, is above all a “family” united by the same preoccupation: environment.
Workshops are planned following the competition launch, allowing experienced coordinators and former students, to explain the contest rules and principles, and to communicate on the occasion tips to increase chances to win.
Middle schools, high schools’ students, program provincial and regional coordinators found themselves in these workshops to exchange and share, both on methods as well as environmental knowledge.
To motivate participants, the Foundation offer to winners’ digital pads that will be distributed during provincial and regional ceremonies always significant, as a source of pride for youth, their parents and professors.
The eleven works awarded by the national jury are addressed to the Foundation for environmental protection, which organize the YRE international competition.
