This experimental project has for objective to allow the visitors to acquire a better understanding of the nature and the role of the variety of the species in the ecosystems.Five themes are approached there: the biodiversity, the water, the waste recycling, the ecological gardening, the forest and the protection of grounds. The educational road is realized under playful shape, using traditional supports, but also compost bins and interactive terminals presenting knowledge, messages, eco-friendly gestures, photos and practical class. So, the acquired experience and the know-how developed within the framework of this project will serve to promote the educational actions in the other spaces through the national territory.
The Mohammed VI Foundation for Environmental Protection associated with this project the ASAJEB, which, since the reopening of the Exotic Gardens in 2005, set up an educational program to the environment of which in particular the organization of the green workshops for the benefit of the pupils of primary schools and young people generally so allowing the Exotic Gardens to have of a set of tools of communication and awareness-raising, of which the educational road which appeals to the sense of the observation by knotting a positive relation between the visitors and the nature.
