The Hassan II International Center for Environmental Training, the academic arm of the Foundation and known for its capacity-building initiatives, held an expert training session on May 30 and 31, 2024, for experts and consultants in the field of carbon accounting. This event was the second module in a series of trainings developed to promote a deep understanding and effective practice of the Moroccan Carbon footprint tool.

Titled “Expert Training”, This module followed an initial session on carbon accounting introduction. It aimed to equip participants with in-depth knowledge and practical skills to measure, analyze, and implement emission reduction strategies for businesses and organizations in Morocco and beyond.

In total, 18 consulting offices, representing a high level of expertise in environmental management in Morocco, participated in this training. They had the opportunity to further refine their skills as experts and consultants, ready to make a significant contribution to the fight against climate change.
