YRE program: Organization of training workshops et the benefit of enrolled high schools of 2014 edition from January the 30th to February the 15th

The YRE training workshops have as main objectives to strengthen and develop skills of the stakeholders concerned by the programme, amongst high schools students and their teachers, to ensure that they will spread of the reality of the environmental issues.

During these training workshops, a highlight will be done on the exchange of environmentally-friendly practices and the reinforcement of networking actions among partners concerned by the YRE programme.

The training workshops will be also an opportunity for provincial and regional coordinators, as well as animators of environmental clubs, and high schools students from the different regions to present cases of success stories.

Members of the national committee of the YRE programme constituted by professional journalists from the print, audio-visual and electronic media, a representative from the national Ministry of Education and environmental experts, will have as main role to accompany high schools students’ trough theoretical and practical means.

As a reminder, the YRE programme is an international programme launched by the Foundation, after joining the Foundation for Environmental Education (FEE) in July 2002, and a partnership convention between the Foundation and the Ministry of National Education and Professional Training during the commemoration of the 10 years of YRE on April 28, 2012 in Rabat.

• 30/01/2014: Chaouia Ouardigha region,

• 31/01/2014: Tadla Azilal region,

• 01/02/2014: Oued Eddahab Lagouira region,

• 08/02/2014: Guelmim Esmara region,

• 15/02/2014: Laayoune Boujdour Sakia El Hamra region.
